Batch Posting #

Pitchat has also designed a batch posting feature for brand social media managers, allowing for the addition of multiple posts at once. This interface is particularly helpful for news editors who constantly need to synchronize the latest information.

Each post can be collapsed after editing, making batch operations clearer. Multiple media items can also be added and sorted.

Batch Scheduling #

Based on user feedback, we have also added an operation to set scheduling times in batches.

To use this, you first need to draft the posts you plan to send out. For example, below, Post 1, Post 2, and Post 3 have been written separately.

Next, please click on Batch Scheduling. You can select the desired start date and time for scheduling, and then choose the scheduling frequency, such as daily, every two days, every three days, or weekly.

Then, you can quickly set how many posts to schedule per day and the hourly interval between each post through this option.
